Real estate. A world of sprawling growth. B&S group sought out our expertise to launch 5 unique brands for them. Starting with a high-end, service- and quality-driven real estate company, promising to fill a much-needed gap in the market. Our mission was to craft a custom design bursting with possibilities, yet intuitive and user-friendly on the surface.

We began with a wireframe and quickly discovered that a well-designed combination of tabs and hamburger menus would be the key to unlocking a seamless user experience and look and feel. This resonates with their brand goal: Putting the client first and giving them honest and true service.

Solution

We completely redefined the house catalog and created a custom one, that integrated with their automated backend systems. Having a custom housing catalog has a lot of advantages. It gives the opportunity to showcase houses more visually appealing and organized. But also can provide more detailed information than most big platforms, which makes users on your website logically convert into leads.

Clean and Simple

Visually we went for a high-end, clean and simple look. Buying a house, or selling a house can be a very stressful process. So it’s even more important that as a user you have an easy way of navigating. If you combine this with good copywriting, quick loading times, and easy navigation, Browsing will be fun instead of overwhelming.

Logo

Yes, Branding is much more than just a logo. But for the first time, we started first by creating the logo first and letting our ideas flow from there. This client gave us all the creative space to create a logo that eventually needs to fit in 4 more brands. So we started with the real estate brand.

We choose a simple elegant style, with an icon in the middle, this time for real estate. We wanted to create a logo that would be timeless and versatile, but also ominous and distinctive. Did we nail it?

Colors

For this brand, we used a soft color scheme. A palette that creates a sense of warmth, calmness, and service. It was important for us to give off a sense of comfort and more importantly ”home”. Still, the goal was a much more professional, classy look and feel than most other real estate brands. It’s pretty daring to use colors you don’t see a lot in your competitors. That being said, we always lead by example.
