Objective

What’s missing in this competitive real estate market? How do we want people to visualize our brand? Wich tools and platforms will we need to reach the right people? To start things of this, and a ton of other questions had to be answered. We went for a ground-up approach in strategy to go for uwaankoop/uwverkoop – makelaars. Starting with why they offer the service and ending with what defines good service.

People choose for people not companies. This they stand for. But on the other hand they needed an agency to develop a platform and a strategy which aligns with their high ambitions to take over the market in the coming couple of years. This middle ground is where we found the sweet spot. We took their company philosophy and mixed it with what we think the end-user so deeply desires in a housing market where the demand extremely high.

Beyond looks, een krachtige en heldere merknaam. Deze nieuwe schoonheid salon kwam bij ons terecht omdat ze iets unieks wilde. Een merk dat connect met zowel uiterlijke als innerlijke schoonheid. Een merk dat je prikkelt jezelf te zijn en voor jezelf te zorgen. Met een new-age glamour doelgroep hebben wij voor een abstract maar toch veel sprekend logo gekozen .

Samen creërde wij een merk dat staat voor echte diversiteit, zelf liefde. Gericht op eindklanten die loyaal zijn aan een een merk omdat ze die loyaliteit ook terug krijgen in de service en kwaliteit. Font en Kleurenpalet

De gekozen fonts zijn speels en minimalistisch. Dit voor een gezonde combi aan sterk design en uitgebreide info over behandelingen.

Als aanvulling hebben de kleuren hetzelfde doel. een palet met 4 zachte unieke kleuren, gecombineerd met felle gele titels. Perfect combo!
