What’s missing in this competitive real estate market? How do we want people to visualize our brand? Wich tools and platforms will we need to reach the right people? To start things of this, and a ton of other questions had to be answered. We went for a ground-up approach in strategy to go for uwaankoop/uwverkoop – makelaars. Starting with why they offer the service and ending with what defines good service.
People choose for people not companies. This they stand for. But on the other hand they needed an agency to develop a platform and a strategy which aligns with their high ambitions to take over the market in the coming couple of years. This middle ground is where we found the sweet spot. We took their company philosophy and mixed it with what we think the end-user so deeply desires in a housing market where the demand extremely high.
